Yoga includes yoga dancing to warm up, rhymes and movement to stretch and flex the body, breathing to make you calm, and stillness to help you relax. All of this helps you to be the best person you can be.

During our Yoga Enrichment group we have had a fantastic time yoga dancing to warm up, learning rhymes and movements to stretch and flex the body, practicing breathing to make you calm, and stillness to help you relax. All of this helps us to be the best person we can be! Our favourite part was exploring the singing bowl at the end of the session.
