Our LPPA Progress

October 2025

We did it! Newlands has officially achieved LPPA status! This amazing accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without our incredible community coming together. Your support, dedication and partnership have shown just how committed we all are to making Newlands the absolute best place for our fabulous children!

Together, we're creating an environment where everyone can shine and be their best. Thank you for being such an important part of our success story!

October 2025

We met with the LPPA assessor for our final assessment. The assessor spoke to parents, staff and governors as well as LPPA leads within school. We are now awaiting our final report and outcome. Thank you to all who were involved on the day.

September 2025

We submitted our finalised action plan, and booked our final assessment for October 2025

July 2025

We met with our LPPA advisor to review our action plan. We await a report from the advisor, and hope to book in our final assessment in the autumn term.

July 2025

We carried out a second parent survey, analysed the results, and published these in our end of year newsletter. Thank you once again to those parents who took the time to complete this. Your input and feedback is important to us, and helps us to implement suggestions in the future.

May 2025

We held our first LPPA working party meeting. This allowed all members to look at and discuss our action plan, and assign tasks for collecting evidence.

April 2025

We published the results from the parent survey carried out in December in our end of term newsletter.

We were able to analyse the results, consider parent comments and consider how we will work further on a variety of areas.

March 2025

We finalised putting together a working party. This consists of staff, governors, and parents, who will work together to help us to achieve all aspects of the action plan.

March 2025

We created a flyer to share with staff, governors and professional partners

January 2025

We had a visit from our LPPA advisor, who will work with us to complete our action plan.

December 2024

We sent out a parent survey to gain parental opinions. Thankyou so much to all parents who took the time to complete this. We hope to share the results of this with our families very soon.
